The course was delivered fully online and at each participant\u2019s own pace. The recruitment was done through VET institutions, the local Chamber, social media posts, and direct outreach.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Most participants were mid-career professionals. Their starting level of AI knowledge varied widely, yet all of them reported clear improvement after completing the training. They watched the videos, read the material, and engaged with practical tasks. Only a few completed every activity, mainly because of limited time, not because of difficulty or lack of interest.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Feedback on the platform was very positive. Navigation was easy, there were no technical issues, and the content felt relevant to their daily work. Overall satisfaction was extremely high, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The piloting confirmed that EmpowerAI meets the needs of its target groups. Women entrepreneurs felt more confident using AI tools for their business, while educators found useful resources to introduce AI concepts to their learners.
