The European Union and the Erasmus+ program have given priority to the development of skills and knowledge related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) among citizens, including those engaged in vocational education.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

This is because Artificial Intelligence has become an integral aspect of our daily lives, presenting significant challenges and opportunities in the field of entrepreneurship. Recognizing the importance of proficiency in understanding and utilizing AI technologies as a vital digital skill is essential for both expanding existing businesses and establishing new ones.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Within this framework, we have initiated the <\/span>EMPOWERAI <\/span><\/b>project, funded by the Erasmus+ program and set to be executed by five partners from Ireland, Finland, Greece, Spain, and Italy.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The project with a specific focus on entrepreneurship, aims to enhance the digital competence and utilization of AI tools among female entrepreneurs or women intending to launch their businesses.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

EMPOWERAI addresses to the following audiences:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Female Entrepreneurs<\/span><\/b>: the project aims to ensure they possess the digital knowledge and AI tools necessary to support various aspects of entrepreneurship, including market integration, marketing, sales, customer service, and financial management.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  • VET Teachers<\/span><\/b>: very few VET teachers have incorporated AI into their curricula. This is because they are not familiar with all the benefits AI offers from an entrepreneurial perspective. Therefore, one of our primary goals is to enable them to seamlessly integrate AI and project\u2019s deliverables into their curricula.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  • VET Students<\/span><\/b>: This group will indirectly benefit. EMPOWERAI will enhance VET teacher\u2019s readiness to empower the next generation of female entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills required for the effective use of AI tools after graduation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The project will develop the following outcomes:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • A digital library with AI tools<\/span><\/b>, including resources such as AI-powered chatbots, analytics tools, and learning platforms.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
    • An e-learning course<\/span><\/b>, providing a variety of educational materials for AI training, including interactive lessons, educational videos, quizzes, and case studies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

      By implementing EMPOWERAI we aim to enhance digital readiness and facilitate the effective leverage of AI tools among female entrepreneurs, empowering them to initiate or expand their businesses. We seek to foster the development of digital competence, entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, innovation, and lifelong learning skills.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

      At its core, this project aims to foster gender equality in the digital landscape, promoting diversity and inclusivity within the realm of entrepreneurship. By championing these values, EMPOWERAI seeks to shape an entrepreneurial ecosystem that is not only innovative and dynamic but also reflective of a socially responsible and inclusive mindset.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

      Stay tuned for further updates on the progress and results of EMPOWERAI in empowering women entrepreneurship through the use of Artificial Intelligence.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
