Summary

Orla has been an entrepreneur for 11 years and has been using AI tools into her business over the past five years. She emphasised the importance of training in AI applications, believing that it enables businesses to fully harness the potential of these technologies. Orla felt that additional training would help her use AI tools more effectively, improving efficiency and decision-making. Without proper training, she feared she might struggle to utilise AI correctly and risk missing out on its benefits. She also pointed out that the abundance of AI tools available makes it challenging to identify which ones are most relevant and beneficial for her specific needs.
