Sandra has extensive experience as a nurse, witnessing the full spectrum of life events—from births to deaths and everything in between. She has worked as a mentor and coach at MedHelp, guiding employees on best practices for handling 1177 calls in the Stockholm and Värmland regions. As a coach, she has empowered high-performing entrepreneurs, farmers, actors, and leaders to enhance their personal and professional lives.

Sandra’s most significant achievement is creating her own path to success, both personally and professionally. She transformed from a shy girl in a small village to a successful entrepreneur, building a network beyond her local community. Her journey included a three-month course in England on creating and selling online services, followed by seven months of training to become a HeartHealing therapist. She is now the first in Finland and Sweden qualified to offer HeartHealing in Swedish.

Sandra aims to be the mother her children need, the supportive wife her husband deserves as well as a better friend and family member and this is why she continually works on her personal growth.
