Every year, the International Girls in ICT Day reminds us of the importance of empowering girls and young women to pursue careers in Information and Communication Technologies. This global initiative, supported by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), highlights the gender gap in tech and promotes access, education, and opportunity.

At EmpowerAI, we are committed to addressing this gap by equipping female entrepreneurs and VET trainers with the tools and knowledge they need to embrace AI and digital technologies. Through our upcoming self-paced training programme and practical AI database, we aim to build confidence and capacity in women who may otherwise feel left behind in the digital shift.

Many women hesitate to adopt digital tools due to a lack of exposure, confidence, or role models. EmpowerAI addresses these barriers with accessible learning content, real-life examples, and a strong community of support. On this day, we reaffirm our mission to make AI and digital transformation inclusive, empowering and practical for all women, regardless of background or technical experience.
