The EmpowerAI project is making big strides! As of July 2025, both of the project’s main outputs — the EmpowerAI training course and the AI Compendium-Database — are fully developed and available in English.
After incorporating valuable feedback from participants during the transnational training activity in Bilbao, the course has been improved both in content and user experience. The platform now offers a more engaging layout, clearer navigation, and smoother transitions between units — making it even more suitable for women entrepreneurs and VET educators with limited prior experience in AI.
What’s inside the EmpowerAI course?
Two full chapters that guide learners through:
- An introduction to AI and its practical uses for small businesses.
- How to develop a personalised AI strategy and overcome related fears and challenges.
- Real-world tools, examples, short activities, and easy-to-understand theory.
What about the Compendium?
The EmpowerAI Compendium-Database is also online — a practical space to explore:
- AI tools for marketing, customer service, operations, sales and training.
- Interviews with women using AI in their business journeys.
- Case studies and real success stories.
- A knowledge base built for everyday use.
What’s next?
All project partners are now working on translating both the course and the Compendium into their national languages. Once translations are complete, the piloting phase will begin across partner countries — a crucial step to ensure accessibility, relevance, and real-world impact.
